Legado, one of the 10 best EVOO of Spain in 2018
LAEVOOC2018 has recognized Legado’s quality and its beautiful design made by Al Margen team, who managed to transmit in the design the value of the product and our compromise with the Premium quality and with the environment.
Legado is an exceptional fruity and intense olive oil, with a smell that reminds to fresh grass, where the green apple and banana touches are mixed with a hint of tomato plant and herbs. A hojiblanca monovariety with an elegant green color, gold reflections and a great aromatic complexity. Sweet in the mouth, green almond aftertaste with a pleasant white pepper finish.
On the other hand, Experience adds up, year after year, important prizes and the recognition of the public, earning a privileged place among the most discerning palates of the U.S.A. This gold medal for its quality highlights its balance and elegant scent. Moreover, we have designed a new format, which preserves its essence but it is now adapted to the demand of a country that appreciates more and more our fruity, mature green and balance hojiblanca.
Both Legado and Experience, are the main expression of the way we treat the olive grove, obtaining the extra virgin olive oil exactly as our forebears did. More than three generations devoted to harvest the fruit of the hundred-year-old olive trees that cover the hills of Hacienda de Colchado.
